Your future tasks:
- You prepare the transactions for the accounting department and check the daily financial statements
- You take care of all personnel administration processes in cooperation with DSR Hotel Holding or the relevant service providers
- You manage and control the duty rosters in the hotel using the existing system
- You control the working hours of the entire hotel in compliance with legal regulations
- New colleagues? You take over applicant management as well as the planning and coordination of onboarding with the respective departments
- You provide employees with staff clothing - if necessary, you reorder from our service provider
- You prepare the booking of employee catering
- You take over the training and travel coordination of colleagues
- Ensuring the application of and compliance with legal regulations and official requirements
You bring with you:
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and are interested in the hotel industry
- Experience in the hotel industry would be great, but do you come from a completely different sector? No problem, we are happy to welcome people with a different perspective and pass on our expertise with passion
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in a comparable position
- You enjoy working with people a lot
