With this comprehensive training, you will be the guest from the a la carte dinner to the organisation of a conference and event.
During your training, you will familiarise yourself with various topics in the F&B sector:
- Restaurant service (buffet and à la carte)
- bar
- Banqueting area
- Event planning, organisation and implementation
- Administration and marketing
- Kitchen and magazine
You have the choice of which area you would like to continue your career in later.
- A school-leaving certificate and/or initial experience in the hotel or catering industry through internships and/or holiday jobs
- A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
- A high level of initiative and ambition
- Willingness to work at weekends and on public holidays
