Your workplace

Our NEPTUN SPA is famous because it is home to Germany's first original thalassotherapy centre with a seal of approval. A friendly team from the fields of beauty, wellness and sport, together with nutritionists, trainers and therapists, lovingly look after our guests in beautiful surroundings. If the balance of exercise, nutrition and relaxation is important to you, you will feel particularly at home with this team.

Main tasks:

  • You will provide telephone and on-site advice on our original Thalasso programme
  • You will advise and organise the sale of individual treatments, group activities with appointment allocation and entry in the booking system
  • You coordinate the medical accompaniment of our Thalasso guests
  • You will carry out general office activities and compile statistics using the hotel's own software
  • You order necessary products with incoming goods, stock and cost control
  • You will support your colleagues at the main SPA reception in day-to-day business

What you bring with you
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the hotel industry or comparable
  • Initial professional experience in the wellness area or at a reception desk rounds off your profile
  • You have a positive charisma and a high level of hygiene awareness
  • You love guest contact and are a host at heart
  • You are reliable, discreet and a real team player
  • You are confident in using MS Office, knowledge of TAC and FIDELIO Suite 8 is desirable
  • You are business fluent in written and spoken German
