Your tasks
  • You are responsible for the efficient management of the department.
  • Carrying out data and system maintenance with the Protel software.
  • Carry out all administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating daily co-operation with the other departments.
  • Create duty and holiday planning.
  • Actively support all front office processes, prepare check-in and check-out procedures and be responsible for the smooth running of the front office area.
  • Coordinate reservation processes and assist in processing reservation requests and optimising occupancy.
  • Provide technical instruction and ongoing training to subordinate staff and trainees in own area.
  • Advise guests on the offers at the resort.
  • Actively offer guests the hotel's products.
  • To convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times.
Your profile
  • Completed training in the hotel industry and relevant professional experience.
  • A competent and cordial demeanour.
  • Enjoy selling successfully.
  • A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and your team.
  • A representative leadership style in employee management and motivation.
  • A high level of initiative and sales talent.
  • Communication and teamwork skills.
  • A sincere guest and service orientation.
  • Good written and spoken German and English.
