Your tasks
  • Completing all administrative tasks for employees joining and leaving the company, taking into account the applicable statutory and collectively agreed regulations
  • Supporting employees, trainees, interns and external service providers from application to departure
  • Responsibility for recruiting and applicant management
  • Planning and supporting the organisation of employee events
  • Checking duty rosters and recording working hours
  • Carrying out preparatory work for the payroll close and working closely with the central payroll department
Your profile
  • Completed vocational training (ideally in the hotel industry) and you have already gained experience in the field of HR
  • High social skills, empathy and enthusiasm
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit and absolute discretion
  • Outstanding organisational skills, a structured working style and confident handling of MS Office products
  • The ability to react flexibly to new challenges
