Your tasks
  • You will support and deputise for the head chef in commercial and personnel management.
  • You are jointly responsible for coordinating and implementing the work processes in Front Cooking.
  • You are responsible for the production of the varied and high-quality food offer in Front Cooking and the daily changing theme buffets.
  • You enjoy finding out about new trends on the market and actively incorporating them into the planning, recipe and development of new dishes.
  • You ensure our high quality standards.
  • You will provide professional instruction and ongoing training for the subordinate employees and trainees in your area.

  • Completed training as a chef and relevant professional experience
