Requirements

Your tasks:

  • Close cooperation and right hand of the Cluster Executive Kitchen Chef
  • Supporting the operational management of the Straubing kitchen team and stewarding
  • Monitoring and compliance with HACCP guidelines and corporate quality standards


What you bring with you:

  • Completed training as a chef and/or comparable further training in the upscale hotel or holiday hotel industry
  • Already some experience in the pre-opening area in a comparable position
  • At least 2 years experience as a sous chef
  • Charming, well-groomed personality
