- The trainee programme has a duration of 16 months and starts by appointment.
- The trainee passes through the SPA Reception, Applications, Fitness and SPA Management departments and has the opportunity to get to know another A-ROSA resort for a fortnight at the end of the programme.
- The trainee is present at all important SPA meetings and gains an insight into the organisation, personnel planning, sales and annual SPA budgeting.
- Training in the area of application or training certificates can also be included in the programme.
- The trainee works very closely with the SPA Manager and benefits from a wealth of experience, excellent processes, contacts and standards in the SPA.
- The aim of the trainee programme is to lead a position as a specialist manager, deputy SPA manager or SPA manager independently in the future. Whether at our company or at numerous other hotels in the industry.

- The SPA Management Trainee Programme is aimed at applicants who have already completed training or gained experience in one of the areas such as cosmetics, massage, hairdressing, fitness or front office
- Training or experience in the hotel industry is an advantage
- A sincere guest and service orientation
- A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
- A competent and cordial demeanour
- A high level of commitment, initiative and sales talent
- A responsible and independent way of working
- An interest in entrepreneurial processes
