  • Preparation and live cooking of sushi specialities in our Fish Club
  • Surrounded by live music, you will be given a special stage to show off your skills
  • You will be actively involved in the development of new recipes
Your profile
  • Several years of experience as a sushi chef and good knowledge of the authentic preparation of sushi and sashimi variations
  • Well-groomed appearance and clean working style
  • Enthusiasm for modern, innovative cuisine and enjoy developing new trends and ideas
  • Creativity and high quality standards
  • An independent and responsible way of working
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • A sincere guest and service orientation
