Your tasks:
  • Conception and realisation of (face-to-face) seminars
  • Creation of seminar materials
  • Organisation and administration of events
  • Focus on content: Communication, complaint management, sales, behavioural training
You bring with you:

This is the right job for you if,

  • you have already gained experience as a trainer, ideally in the hotel/catering industry
  • You have an academic degree in a humanities-related, relevant subject (psychology, education, sociology, adult education, etc.), but this is not a must
  • you enjoy discovering and promoting talent and helping people on their journey
  • you also enjoy working conceptually and like to train both in person and digitally
  • you also enjoy travelling for work (in the DACH region, approx. 30-50% of working hours)
  • You are a passionate service provider, team builder and entrepreneur who takes responsibility for your decisions and actions and wants to drive the company forward
  • You have a good command of German
