Your tasks
  • General reception duties
  • Guest care
  • Handling all formalities on arrival and departure
  • Accepting reservations in the absence of the reservations department
  • Managing a shift, with appropriate professional experience
Your profile
  • Successfully completed vocational training as a hotel specialist with initial work experience
  • Friendly, open and professional demeanour
  • Confident knowledge of German and English
  • Organisational talent and service awareness
