What would a hotel be without its employees? The human resources department makes sure that each site has enough staff members and that the chemistry between them is how it should be.
Our colleagues in the development department look for and acquire new hotel sites and oversee construction projects until the keys are handed over.
Those wishing to work in this department should have a talent for numbers. Invoice inspection, daily accounts, budgeting and forecasting are just some of the day-to-day duties.
