During this comprehensive 3-year apprenticeship, you will look after guests from à la carte dining to organising conferences and events. During your training, you will familiarise yourself with different areas in the F&B sector:

  • Restaurant service (buffet and à la carte)
  • bar
  • Banqueting area
  • Event planning, organisation and implementation
  • Administration and marketing
  • Kitchen and magazine

After your training, you have the choice of which area you would like to continue your career in.

Your profile
  • Completed secondary school leaving certificate, intermediate school leaving certificate or A-levels
  • A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
  • A high level of initiative and ambition
  • Willingness to work at weekends and on public holidays
  • A sincere guest and service orientation
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
