Your tasks

During the 3-year apprenticeship to become a specialist for restaurants and event catering (m/f/d), you will look after our CARLS guests comprehensively and get to know various specialist areas:

  • Restaurant service in the CARLS Restaurant at the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg
  • Event planning, organisation and implementation
  • Administration and marketing
  • Kitchen and magazine
Your profile
  • Completed secondary school leaving certificate, intermediate school leaving certificate or A-levels
  • Willingness to work at weekends and on public holidays
  • Enjoy working with people
