HENRI pays € 2,015 for this position on a full-time basis according to the collective agreement. We are looking for reinforcement for 20 hours per week.

No matter whether the light bulb is smoking, the heating is leaking, the ventilation is roaring or the kitchen table is just wobbling.... building technician (m/f/d) is a jack of all trades, there is no building ailment he hasn't seen before, he can actually repair anything and would never leave the house without his toolbox. Not even the fact that a new opening is imminent can upset him.

In other words:

  • Carrying out minor repairs as required
  • Carrying out minor maintenance work
  • Monitoring order and cleanliness in the entire work area (occupational safety and legally prescribed guidelines)
  • Coordinating and monitoring external service providers for repairs or maintenance work
  • Maintenance of the outdoor facilities
