Your tasks
  • Preparation of a high-quality food offer for the evening buffet and à la carte
  • Responsible for the mise-en-place for the preparation of dishes in the front and/or main kitchen
  • Working independently at the relevant post and/or in the front kitchen
  • Supporting the chef de partie/sous chef in all tasks and deputising in their absence
  • Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene (HACCP).
Your profile
  • Completed training as a chef and/or several years of professional experience.
  • Enthusiasm for modern, innovative cuisine.
  • A high standard of quality.
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team.
  • A good understanding of German and/or English.
  • An independent and responsible way of working.
  • A sincere guest and service orientation.
