Your tasks
  • You will look after children and young people aged 3 - 14 years in our spacious children's and youth club ROSINIS.
  • You will come up with creative ideas for a playful and varied weekly programme.
  • You plan and organise the children's adventure activities during the day and in the evening and actively carry them out with fun and passion.
  • You get the children excited about the activities and programmes and motivate them to take part.
  • You have a duty of care for the safety of the children participating in the programmes and activities and are responsible for compliance with safety regulations.
  • You respond to the needs of the parents of the ROSINIS children and maintain good contact with them.
  • You handle the ROSINIS premises with care and are responsible for the proper care and handling of the materials.
  • You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to the guests at all times.
Your profile
  • Completed pedagogical training, e.g. as an educator and / or relevant professional experience in children's and youth leisure work is an advantage
  • Career changers are also very welcome
  • A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your little guests and colleagues
  • Enjoy working with children
  • Creativity and a talent for improvisation
  • A competent and warm demeanour
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • A sincere guest and service orientation
