Your tasks
  • Professional guidance and management of employees
  • Responsibility for smooth operational and administrative processes in the kitchen area
  • Active participation in operational kitchen activities
  • Consistent implementation of the specified catering concept and co-design of the food on offer
  • Ordering goods and stock management
  • Ensuring the application of and compliance with legal and hygiene regulations (HACCP), official requirements and safety standards
Your profile
  • Successfully completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d) and at least two years of management experience in a comparable position is mandatory
  • A high standard of quality
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • An independent and responsible way of working
  • A sincere guest and service orientation
  • Ability to lead, motivate and inspire employees
