Your tasks
  • Carrying out goods orders in the beverage and non-food areas for all departments, taking into account the costs incurred
  • Responsibility for quality control and acceptance of incoming and existing goods; reporting defects/variations in quality and price to the responsible department heads
  • Ensuring proper warehousing and inventory management, taking into account the storage of goods
  • Independent management of merchandise management and responsibility for the appearance of incoming goods and storage areas
  • Daily maintenance of the merchandise management system with regard to the posting of delivery notes, invoices and transfer notes
  • Independent implementation of spot checks, inventories, analyses and statistics
  • Responsibility for working in accordance with HACCP and Group-specific hygiene guidelines as well as maintaining and taking responsibility for the associated documentation
Your profile
  • Successfully completed vocational training in warehouse logistics or comparable training
  • Professional experience in purchasing and/or warehousing is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of a merchandise management system and very good computer skills
  • You are responsible and enjoy working independently
