Your future tasks:
  • As a Reception Manager (m/f/d) you are an organisational hero and guest manager in one
  • Your reception desk is the eye of the needle between guests and the back of house organisation
  • Sudoku for department heads: you are a true master when it comes to organising the duty roster four weeks in advance
  • Challenges are your greatest joy
  • Your second name is Troubleshooter: you also take on MOD duties
  • You make your team fit for the job and thus make our guests happy
  • You are a role model, coach and motivator - you support your team in the further development and promotion of their talents
You bring with you:
  • The host gene! You can respond to everyone individually
  • Relevant professional experience and at least 2 years of management experience in a comparable position
  • You are responsible and work independently
  • You support your colleagues and show full commitment
  • If you know Protel and Atoss - great! If not, we will teach you everything you need to know
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Your attitude: Late check-out, insider tips for the family trip and a few walk-ins - you always keep the overview
