Your tasks
  • Professional guidance and management of employees and trainees
  • Monitoring and ensuring service standards
  • Active collaboration as host during the service processes
  • Contributing to the design of the culinary offer in consultation with the head chef and the management
  • Advising guests on the hotel's offers and products
  • Implementing trend developments and F&B promotions together with the team
  • Responsibility for achieving the budgeted sales figures
  • Taking on administrative tasks
Your profile
  • Completed training in the hotel or catering industry and relevant professional experience
  • Ideally a sound knowledge of wine and an instructor qualification
  • A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
  • A high level of expertise that you can pass on to your colleagues
  • A goal-orientated and responsible way of working
  • Organisational talent and a pronounced awareness of quality
  • A sincere guest and service orientation
  • High level of initiative and sales talent
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of English
