Your tasks
  • You will provide professional guidance and leadership to employees and trainees.
  • You work actively as a host in the restaurant during the service processes.
  • You will help design the food and drinks menu in consultation with F&B management.
  • You implement trend development and F&B promotions.
  • You are a host, advise our guests on the resort's offers and products and actively offer them.
  • You are jointly responsible for achieving the budgeted sales figures.
  • You take on administrative tasks.
  • You monitor and ensure compliance with service standards.
  • You are the contact person for F&B management.
  • You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling at all times.
Your profile
  • Completed training as a hotel or restaurant specialist and relevant professional experience in the hotel industry.
  • Ideally knowledge of sommelier and an instructor qualification.
  • A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests, colleagues and employees.
  • A high level of expertise that you can pass on to your colleagues.
  • A goal-orientated and responsible way of working.
  • Organisational talent and a pronounced awareness of quality.
  • A sincere guest and service orientation.
  • High level of initiative and sales talent.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good knowledge of English.
