In summer/autumn 2024, we will open our new HENRI Country House Kitzbühel in the most legendary sports town in the Alps in Tyrol. Centrally located, not far from the train station and within walking distance of the pedestrian zone and the Hornbahn cable car, a refuge for individual travellers of all generations is being created here. We are looking for a Technical Manager (m/f/d) for our new hotel.

  • Management of the technical department
  • Responsibility for the supervision, monitoring, control and quality assurance of technical building operations and maintaining the value of the property
  • Preparation of property-related maintenance planning and annual budget planning
  • Ensuring the technical efficiency of the property
  • Monitoring compliance with all deadlines, requirements, Group guidelines and statutory property management regulations (documentation, maintenance, inspections, health and safety inspections, occupational safety, fire and environmental protection)
  • Planning and coordination of measures in the area of technical building management (TGM) and infrastructural building management (IGM)
  • Monitoring of detected malfunctions of technical systems / incident management
IN THE MOOD FOR HENRI?

  • Successfully completed technical training in facility management, building or electrical engineering or comparable qualification (master craftsman/-woman, technician)
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position (preferably in building management/facility management for commercial/industrial properties)
  • High level of practical and technical expertise in the field of TGA
  • Confident appearance, analytical and results-orientated thinking
  • Broad IT knowledge (CAFM systems, building technology, MS Office package)
  • Sense of responsibility, independence, initiative and quality awareness
  • Driving licence class 3 or class B
