Your tasks:
  • You further develop our higher-level eCRM, as well as analysis processes and systems for our hotel brands
  • You perform exploratory analyses of large data sets and gain insights from structured and unstructured data using data mining and machine learning techniques
  • You carry out groundbreaking analyses and forecasts
  • Together with the e-content and e-commerce team, you are responsible for the segmentation of customer data and profiles as well as for the targeted management of campaigns
  • You design, implement and evaluate campaigns with the aim of repurchasing, upselling and increasing customer value, customer loyalty and profitability calculations
  • You are responsible for preparing KPIs and creating reports and analyses of customer structure and customer behaviour and derive recommendations for action from this
  • You independently extract, process and analyse complex amounts of data to answer marketing-relevant and operational questions to increase the success of the company
  • You further develop the necessary analysis procedures and analysis tools
You bring with you:
  • Successfully completed university degree, ideally in economics, computer science, data science or similar
  • At least two years of professional experience in an analytical role (e.g. web/business analytics, business intelligence, artificial intelligence)
  • Sound expertise in databases and strong IT skills as well as relevant knowledge of CRM tools
  • Understanding of the function of database structures and experience with SQL and other reporting tools (e.g. Tableau)
  • Strong communication skills with an independent way of working and the ability to confidently coordinate and professionally manage tasks
  • Confident knowledge of German
  • Analytical thinking, quick comprehension and goal-orientated approach
  • Careful, structured and proactive way of working
  • Strong communicator and team player
  • You have the ability to systematically analyse and structure new and complex topics as well as the ability to condense a large amount of information and key statements
