Your tasks
  • Operational management and support of the F&B outlet managers in the resort.
  • Ensure smooth operations in all F&B outlets, the kitchen and the banqueting area.
  • Preparation and communication of budgetary targets.
  • Active participation in the innovative further development of the F&B offer and the wine concept, taking into account the A-ROSA guidelines with regard to current developments and health orientation.
  • You are jointly responsible for personnel development and promotion in the F&B area.
  • Ensure an economically optimal duty and holiday schedule in all departments of the division.
Your profile
  • Completed catering training and / or a degree with a focus on business administration or the hotel industry
  • Several years of professional experience in the F&B sector
  • A high level of expertise
  • Hands on mentality
  • A goal-orientated and structured way of working
  • Affinity for wine
  • Organisational talent
  • Understanding of numbers, cost & resource awareness
  • Willingness to go the extra mile for the benefit of our guests
  • Communication and teamwork skills
