  • Navigate your team through the daily challenges and manage your own outlet
  • Support the kitchen director of the establishment in close cooperation
  • work in a modern show kitchen with a sushi cube and a direct view of the restaurant in a kitchen team with flat hierarchies
  • assign the daily tasks and priorities to the team members
  • are responsible for employee management and development
  • constantly optimise the work processes in the assigned positions
  • ensure proper product storage and cold store control
  • check incoming goods for quality and quantity with expertise
  • are responsible for adhering to the budgeted food costs
  • process and prepare the food on the items
  • enjoy keeping up to date with new trends on the market and actively incorporating these into the planning, recipe and development of new dishes

  • Completed training as a chef and relevant professional experience
