Your tasks
- Inspiring guests and partners through in-depth knowledge, commitment and passion for our hotel brands
- Acquisition of new customers and support of national revenue drivers and key accounts in the corporate business, MICE and agency segments as well as maintenance of the existing customer base
- Responsibility for sales promotion measures in telemarketing as well as independent planning and organisation of sales trips and customer events
- Development of sales strategies to revitalise periods of low occupancy in coordination with the Director of Sales
- Representation of the brands A-ROSA Resorts, aja Resorts, HENRI Hotels, Urban Nature and the Hotel Louis C. Jacob to the outside world
- Organising and supporting trade fairs in Germany and abroad
Continuous monitoring of market and competitive developments - Preparation of reports and sales reports as well as direct reporting to the Director of Sales of DSR Hotel Holding
You bring with you:
- Completed training and/or studies in the hotel or tourism industry as well as professional experience in a comparable position
- You are a passionate service provider: with strong communication skills, a professional demeanour and an honest interest in your customers' wishes, you are not just a salesperson for them, but above all a person of trust
- You have a passion for the various hotel brands of DSR Hotel Holding, which you infect other people with, and you have in-depth knowledge of the market
- You want to surpass yourself: clear objectives, an independent way of working and ambition are the key to your success
- Ideally, you have contacts with travel managers, event & incentive agencies and companies with MICE potential as well as business travel agencies
- An independent, goal-orientated and structured way of working, as well as communication and teamwork skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- A class B driving licence
