Your workplace
We not only cook our own soups and sauces, but also produce cakes, pastries, pies and ice cream. We want to pass on these manual skills to our junior staff and inspire a passion for the profession of chef. Since 1971, we have been able to train over 2,200 young people and are very proud of our many years of being recognised as a TOP training company by the Rostock Chamber of Industry and Commerce. In the kitchen hierarchy, the position of trainer is next to that of sous chef.
Main tasks:
- You love being a host in the upscale catering trade
- You guide your trainees, pass on your experience and ensure the right working conditions
- You take on essential tasks in the kitchen, such as shift management and of course the cooking itself
What you bring with you:
- You have learnt the profession of chef from scratch and have found your passion
- Further qualification as a chef is an advantage
- The trainer qualification (AEVO) is a prerequisite
- You already have at least 5 years of professional experience as a sous chef or comparable and are happy to pass on your knowledge
- You have a high degree of empathy and assertiveness
- You speak fluent German and are communicative
