- Close cooperation with the Operations Manager and the department heads for the continuous optimisation of purchasing and warehouse processes
- Responsibility for the operational purchasing of goods and services for all hotel departments (including Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Technology, Spa and Administration)
- Processing, checking and bundling purchase requisitions from the specialist departments
- Obtaining, reviewing and comparing offers and negotiating prices, conditions and framework contracts in accordance with the applicable Group guidelines, purchasing strategies and approval processes
- Selecting, supporting and evaluating suppliers in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that goods are procured economically, in line with quality standards and on time
- Monitoring and optimising stock levels, ensuring that goods are available as required and checking incoming goods, invoices and contractual agreements
- Carrying out monthly inventories and analysing and reconciling inventory differences
- Creating analyses, reports and key figures for management
- Successfully completed commercial training with a focus on purchasing, vocational training in warehouse logistics or comparable training
- Professional experience in purchasing, ideally in the hotel, catering or hospitality industry
- Experience in dealing with merchandise management and ordering systems
- Structured, independent and reliable way of working as well as analytical skills
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
