- You report to the restaurant manager and together with him you are responsible for a smooth service process in our buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner
- You actively work as a host in the restaurant
- You are the first point of contact for our guests - even when problems arise
- You motivate your team to perform at their best every day, develop the team through regular training and team meetings and thus create a positive working atmosphere
- You liaise closely with the kitchen and all other hotel departments
- (Management) experience in an equivalent position
- A reliable, responsible and motivating way of working
- A positive charisma and a communicative personality
- Hands-on mentality and solution-orientation
- A high level of expertise that you are happy to pass on to your team
