From first contact to goodbye, the reservations employee (m/f/d) has the guests firmly wrapped around his finger. Personal service is key! You take care of reservation acceptance via OTAs, website, telephone or e-mail. You juggle with occupancy until the last bed has been sold at the best price. Check-in, check-out, correspondence or having a chat with guests are just as much a part of the job as handing out the occasional cocktail, because the bar and reception are very close together at HENRI.
