- You and your team ensure the culinary satisfaction of guests and employees - the concept: regional soul food with a community feeling
- You take over your own kitchen post and are happy to bring your personality and creativity into play, you can be the 'personality' of the morning.
- You are also jointly responsible for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with HACCP regulations in the entire kitchen area
- You support the induction and training of new employees and trainees
- You have already gained some experience in a kitchen, have completed an apprenticeship or would like to try it out as a career starter.
