You can't wait to welcome our guests, are empathetic, organised and always have an eye for detail. You are a team player, always have an open ear for your colleagues and are talented at coordinating and motivating them. Even when the workload is high, you always keep a cool head and feel up to the responsibility of handling large sums of cash. You are the direct contact person for our Rooms Division Manager, you enjoy active sales and you feel comfortable with each of our guests. Over time, you will develop a sound knowledge of your surroundings and be a passionate host to our guests.
