Your contribution to guest happiness
  • Ensuring smooth operational and administrative processes in the specialised areas in compliance with the aja quality standards
  • Organisation of offers, maintenance, inventory and replenishment in the catering facilities in cooperation with the aja head office
  • Consistent implementation of the centrally specified catering concept with themed buffets, à la carte business and front cooking
  • Ordering goods in accordance with the aja purchasing policy
  • Responsibility for controlling, purchasing, stock, inventories and goods rotation in close coordination with the purchasing department
  • Familiarisation, training and instruction of employees in the specialist area
  • Ensuring the application of and compliance with legal and hygiene regulations, official requirements and safety standards
  • Active involvement in day-to-day operational work if required Assuming Manager on Duty duties in the absence of the Resort Manager

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel / catering industry
  • At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position
