Your tasks:
  • Conception and realisation of (face-to-face) seminars
  • Creation of training documents and training concepts
  • Evaluation, organisation and administration of events
  • Focus on content: Sales training, guest behaviour, communication, on-the-job training
You bring with you:

This is the right job for you if,

  • you have training or several years of experience in the hotel/catering industry
  • You also have experience/education in the fields of psychology, education, sociology, adult education, etc.
  • You have already gained experience as a trainer
  • You enjoy discovering and promoting talents and helping people on their journey
  • You also enjoy working conceptually and enjoy training both in person and digitally
  • You enjoy travelling professionally, with a focus on southern Germany and Austria
  • You are a passionate service provider, team builder and entrepreneur who takes responsibility for your decisions and actions and wants to drive the company forward
  • You have a good command of German and preferably also English
