Your tasks. You...
  • accompany our existing projects as well as hotel conversion and new construction projects of our expansion brands A-ROSA, aja, URBAN NATURE and HENRI from conception through planning and realisation to acceptance
  • is responsible for exciting and fundamental creative processes of all sizes and complexity in our various hotel formats
  • support the development of new standards for construction and fit-out qualities, in particular with a focus on sustainability and their implementation in the processes
  • develop furnishing concepts based on the previously defined brand-specific style components
  • advise and support in the definition of the project-specific scope of services, their tendering and procurement of the furnishings
  • keep an eye on the project budget
  • coordinate and manage external service providers
  • communicate with third-party architects, authorities and specialist planners to coordinate and further develop projects
You bring with you:
  • Successfully completed studies in interior design or architecture
  • Professional experience, in which you have worked on the above-mentioned tasks, in the tourism sector desirable
  • Independent, project- and goal-orientated way of working
  • Experience with CAD programs (REVIT, ArchiCAD, Auto CAD etc.) as well as visualisation applications such as SketchUp, Rhino and Photoshop.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, service-orientation and creativity.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of Italian would be desirable, both written and spoken
