Here you can shine
  • You lead the team and plan staff deployment.
  • You are responsible for the planning and coordination of our events such as conferences, meetings, incentives and family celebrations.
  • You will be in direct contact with customers and guests before, during and after the event and will coordinate
  • You prepare offers and contracts, implement customer and guest requests in close cooperation with the operational departments and are responsible for the optimal utilisation of the premises.
  • You will be the on-site contact person for our customers and guests and will coordinate operations if required.
  • After the event, you will be responsible for correct invoicing, maintaining contact with customers and guests and discussing possible follow-up events
What sets you apart
  • Completed training in the hotel or event industry and at least two years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Organisational talent, creativity and flexibility
  • A positive charisma and strong communication skills
  • An engaging and professional demeanour
  • Good user knowledge of the usual Office programmes and ideally already in hotel software
  • Good written and spoken English skills
