Here you control the feel-good experience
  • You are a coach, motivator and role model - you encourage your employees, make them strong for the job and thus ensure happy guests
  • Monitoring service processes and rituals to ensure the satisfaction of the highest guest and quality standards as well as monitoring and managing safety-relevant aspects in your own area
  • You coordinate duty rosters, holiday planning and are the contact person for your team members
  • You manage the appointment and guest care processes and develop new ideas on how we can delight our guests even better
  • You monitor your costs and plan your budget together with the hotel manager
  • Implementing and ensuring all relevant company standards and guidelines
  • Coordinate training and education sessions with all relevant spa products and massage innovations
  • Contributing to the creation of spa marketing concepts and their implementation in the relevant departments
  • With creative campaigns, exciting events and special offers, you will ensure that our spa is always well attended.
What you bring on board
  • You have successfully completed training in the hotel / cosmetics / beauty and wellness sector or a comparable qualification and have professional experience in a managerial position
  • Ideally experience in the holiday and holiday hotel industry
  • High level of coordination and communication skills
  • Independent and quality-orientated way of working as well as planning and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Ideally you have experience with the TAC software
  • Confident demeanour and good manners, well-groomed appearance
  • Creative, friendly and open-minded personality
