- You are responsible for the efficient management of the department in collaboration with the reception manager.
- You will support the reception manager in administrative tasks and deputise for him/her in his/her absence.
- You actively support all processes at the front office, prepare check-in and check-out procedures and are responsible for the smooth running of the front office area.
- You actively advise guests on the resort's offers.
- You accept complaints and claims and are responsible for handling them confidentially.
- You will provide professional instruction and ongoing training for the subordinate employees and trainees in your area.
- You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times.
- Completed training as a hotel specialist and relevant professional experience with initial management responsibility.
- A competent and cordial demeanour.
