- Ensuring the necessary mise en place
- You will be responsible for the professional guidance, supervision and motivation of employees and trainees
- Working closely with the kitchen and other departments
- You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times
- Several years of professional experience in the catering industry and initial management experience
- A competent and cordial demeanour
- A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
- Very good communication and teamwork skills as well as high resilience
- Ability to work independently, reliably and carefully
- Very good German and good English skills
