- Overall responsibility for the operational support of the teams and ensuring efficient processes in day-to-day business
- Working closely with the management and team leaders to realise strategic and operational goals
- Managing and monitoring administrative processes and optimising existing structures
- Preparation, participation and follow-up of management, budget and forecast meetings
- Creating, analysing and preparing key business figures, reports and decision-making bases
- Supporting the planning and implementation of projects as well as organisational change and improvement processes
- Interface between management, team leaders and operational teams
- HR focus: support in the recruiting process, conducting job interviews, onboarding support and employee deployment planning and development
- Assistance with personnel administration, contract creation, maintenance of personnel master data and support with labour law issues
- Support with training measures and promoting a positive team and leadership culture
What you bring with you:
- Several years of experience in operational management, ideally in the hotel or service industry
- Experience in HR, particularly in recruiting, personnel administration or employee development
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Analytical understanding and routine in dealing with key figures and analyses
- Strong communication skills and enjoy working with team leaders and international teams
- High degree of service orientation, sense of responsibility and discretion in handling personnel data
- Fluency in German and English
