Your tasks:
- Development and realisation of individual F&B projects and concepts with a focus on economic efficiency, taking into account location-specific requirements
- In coordination with personnel development, planning and implementation of specialised training and courses for service staff (m/f/d)
- Developing and implementing measures to increase sales, improve quality and guest satisfaction
- Sparring partner for operational staff on site - including coaching in leadership, quality and operational excellence
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as marketing and controlling to ensure a consistent brand and service experience
You bring with you:
- Passion for gastronomy, brand development and excellent guest experiences
- Completed training in the catering or hotel industry
- Professional experience in a corporate position or similar central position in the catering or hotel industry
- Strong understanding of business management and a good feel for operational processes and guest expectations
- Strong communication skills, decisiveness and the ability to lead and develop teams at eye level
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality and high quality standards
- Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria and Italy
