As Hotel Supervisor (m/f/d) you will support and represent the Deputy Hotel Manager in all management tasks and in the administrative areas:

Supervision of daily hotel operations during the shift at the reception desk.

Supporting the management in planning and coordinating work processes and with inventories and orders

Ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction

Induction, instruction and motivation of employees

Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and quality guidelines
