- Fixed-term contract from December to April
- The minimum gross monthly salary for this position under the collective agreement is EUR 2,815 (based on a 48-hour week). A higher salary is expressly provided for depending on qualifications and professional experience.

- Close cooperation with the head chef (m/f/d) in the selection of dishes
- Assisting with the planning, organisation and coordination of kitchen processes
- Ensuring and monitoring the company's quality standards
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines in the kitchen
- Completed training as a chef and / or completed training as a pastry chef (m/f/d)
- Experience in the position of patissier (m/f/d)
- Creativity and innovative spirit in the development of new dishes and menus
- Strong quality awareness
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Sincere guest and service orientation
- Fluency in German and English
