Here you can shine
  • Producing and arranging dishes (desserts, cakes, etc.)
  • Creating and processing doughs, batters, cakes and tarts
  • Production of hot and cold desserts through to ice cream / sorbet
  • Close cooperation with the head chef (m/f/d) in the selection of dishes
  • Assisting with the planning, organisation and coordination of kitchen processes
  • Ensuring and monitoring the company's quality standards
  • Compliance with HACCP guidelines in the kitchen
