Your tasks:
  • Central point of contact and interface for the HR/administrative teams and hotel management in the hotels, regional management and the central HR departments of DSR Hotel Holding
  • Development, implementation and management of the group-wide HR strategy in close coordination with the HR Director
  • Accompanying and implementing HR projects and supporting hotel openings and closings
  • Implementation and further development of HR standards and processes within DSR Hotel Holding and its brands
  • Supporting the HR budget process and covering for absences within the team
You bring with you:
  • Sound experience in a comparable HR function as well as a good understanding of operational processes in the hotel or catering industry
  • Experience in working with decentralised locations or operational units
  • Knowledge of German labour law (knowledge of Austrian law is an advantage)
  • Degree in HR management, business administration, psychology or a comparable qualification desirable
  • Experience in the field of branded hotels, pre-openings or hotel takeovers is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, organisational skills and a good feel for different target groups
  • Very good knowledge of German and English and willingness to travel within the hotel group
