In the various catering establishments in our hotel, you have fantastic views of the beach and the vast sea. In our legendary Broiler restaurant, a small team works with a standardised, small menu. The distances are short, the throughput of guests high. Crispy chicken with chips and delicious salads have been served here for 50 years. The Broiler is open daily from 11.30 am.
Main tasks:
- You will prepare our legendary chicken broilers on the grill and in the kitchen according to our in-house recipes
- You prepare side dishes and sauces
- You are an organisational talent behind the counter
- You guarantee a consistent culinary experience for our guests
- You ensure order and cleanliness at your workplace
- You will be responsible for goods inspection and interim storage as well as quality control
- You are a host at heart and a friendly word is a matter of course for you
- Ideally you have a catering qualification, from system catering or similar
- You love the hustle and bustle and are a real team player
- Hygienic working is a must
- You have a good command of German
