- Providing advice on the selection of drinks and food, taking into account guests’ needs and satisfaction
- Monitoring turnover and implementing sales promotion measures
- Ensuring quality standards and compliance with HACCP guidelines at the bar
- Mixing drinks and cocktails for both the bar and the restaurant
- Closing shift at the bar
- Completed training as a hotel manager (m/f/d) or restaurant manager (m/f/d), or several years’ professional experience in this field
- Ideally, some initial management experience
- Solid professional expertise that you can pass on to your colleagues
- Good command of German and English
- A communicative and creative personality
- A charming and well-groomed appearance
