- Management of the restaurant team at the Hotel Badeschloss
- Drawing up staff rosters and holiday schedules in close consultation with the Operations Manager and Cluster Bar Manager
- Ensuring and supervising the smooth running of service in the restaurants (breakfast/dinner) and the Kaminlounge
- Helping to design food and drinks menus and monitoring stock levels
- Active involvement in day-to-day operations
- Completed training as a hotel manager and/or equivalent further training in the F&B sector
- Several years’ experience in the role of restaurant manager or deputy restaurant manager in the holiday hotel sector / upmarket hotel sector
- Service-oriented, hospitable and communicative
- At heart, you are a host and always two steps ahead
