- Ensure that service runs smoothly during the early or late shift
- Advising our guests and offering personalised recommendations on food and drink choices
- Preparing the mise-en-place in the relevant service area
- Encourage our guests to try the house specialities and actively promote them
- Sales aptitude and a love of working with guests
- Practical experience in customer service and/or training in the hotel and catering industry
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
- Good communication and teamwork skills
