Here’s a glimpse of what makes your job with us so interesting:
- You ensure the safety of our guests, staff and the entire hotel ‘after hours’.
- You are a key member of the team, as you lay the foundations for a successful day’s business the following day.
- You’ll work independently as part of a small team, carrying out security rounds and finalising the daily closing procedures.
- You have an eye for the small details; ensuring that the rooms and public areas are always in tip-top condition is also your priority.
What you bring to the role:
- You’re a night owl and have already gained experience in a similar role.
- You are responsible, quality-conscious and honest, and you go through life with a healthy sense of humour.
- You’re just as good at inspiring your colleagues as you are at inspiring your guests, and you also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate effectively.
- You speak German and English fluently and can write in both languages.
- You’re familiar with standard PMS systems and the Microsoft suite: if you’ve come across the Sihot PMS system before, that would be a definite plus for you!
